Michelle McBride

Michelle McBride has been working at XenoTech for more than 15 years, after completing her Bachelor of Science with emphasis in microbial and cellular biology from Emporia State University. Michelle started as an analyst in the enzyme induction department handling primary human hepatocytes and conducting enzymatic assays. Michelle then served as an Enzyme Induction Study Director on both in vitro and ex vivo enzyme induction studies for 8 years in accordance to GLP standards. Michelle is currently an Assistant Director and oversees the Study Conduct department made up of 8 Study Directors and nearly 20 analysts. The department conducts all aspects of a study from study oversight to assays for all in vitro study types at XenoTech including, enzyme induction, drug inhibition, drug metabolism, plasma protein binding, and drug transport.
